§ 365.070. Certain Commercial Vehicles Not To Use Certain Streets.

No person shall operate any commercial vehicle exceeding one (1) ton gross weight at any time upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V hereof, except that such vehicles may be operated thereon for the purpose of delivering or picking up materials or merchandise or making service calls and then only by entering such street at the intersection nearest the destination of the vehicle and proceeding thereon no farther than the nearest intersection thereafter. The City Traffic Engineer is directed to place and locate, so as to be visible to approaching vehicles within a reasonable distance, signs containing notice of the restriction herein provided.
